Last Day of Spring Break

Friday, March 9, 2007

Today mom let us hang out in the sun...finally. The temps got up above the teens, so it is really nice outside. We played in the sunshine and tried to get some rays before ending our break. Aunt Carol came to visit from Canada -- she said it was really warm here!! Not sure what that means exactly... All that I can say is it is finally warm enough to get a tan and be outside. Can't wait for summer and swimming in the pool. Maybe by then I will be able to get my tennis ball back.

Spring Break in Connecticut!!!

Monday, March 5, 2007

Oh yes!! It is Spring Break in CT and that is so much fun. My mom decided to keep us here and not take us to Disney, an Island or on a ski vacation out west. It has been pretty interesting. I have been spending my day working on how to get my tennis ball off from the top of the pool.... It is a challenge that I do not have a solution to on my first day of vacation. I think that I might ask my sister and brother to help...but both are scared of the water!! Oh well... it is snowing again and soon my tennis ball will be lost again... Spring please come soon!! ... secretly writing on mom's blog... signed Carli the Lab

Great News for GREAT AUNT

Thursday, March 1, 2007

Yesterday was a FANTASTIC day!!! My niece Martha and her husband Jason had their first child. He is a sweetie pie baby boy named Jacob Alan. He is my very first GREAT nephew and that is fun. I can't wait to see him and his folks. Uncle Dan and Aunt Jayme plus little Vinny will be cute with this little guy. Uncle Tom and Aunt Teresa from N.C. will have a great time with him too. Great Grandpa Jack is overjoyed. I am so happy and the rest of the 'pack' is pretty psyched too!!! Time to plan a trip back to Michigan to give the little guy a hug and spoil him a bit!!!

Blog for the First Time

The dog days are always here even without the summer sun. Living with the 'pack' allows me to enjoy the love of constant licks, jumps and cuddles. This begins my story with the three creatures in my life. These guys say 'hello' to everyone - especially our 'cousins' Vinny and Quincy. Don't we look fantastic in our outfits!! Mom wanted us to sit nice for the holiday photo.
